Steeped in history Sunningdale Golf Club once again plays host to one of the most fiercly contested and eagerly anticpated golf events on the calendar, the Sunningdale Foursomes. The event sees 120 pairings take to both the Old and the New courses in straight head to head knockout matchplay beginning on Tuesday 10th March with the final on Friday 13th, where the winner will have successfully negotiated seven previous rounds to claim the title.
Peter based at the South Staffordshire Golf Club, partnering Alexandra Peters, a young protoge that he is teaching, will face R.Marguetry and C. Denis in the first round of the event teeing off on the Old Course at 10.14 on Tuesday morning.
