Gary back from America for TP Tour event at The Berkshire - Red Pro-Am

After taking himself away for a few weeks touring the United States playing a host of golf courses with friends, Gary has returned to the UK ready for the European Senior Tour season which commences with the US Senior PGA Championships in May. However before then Gary has a very busy time, in the weeks leading up to that Gary will be at the headquarters of Titleist for a club fitting and also a testing session at PING in Gainsborough, the supplier of his clubs throughout his amateur days. Gary also has a couple of tournaments to play in which include this weeks TP Tour event at The Berkshire for the Red Pro-AM which takes place on Thursday 17th April.

More details about the event can be found at http://www.tptourseries.com/

Gareth in America practising

In order to get some warm weather practise in ahead of the start of his season as Gary returns from America, Gareth has recently flown out ready to hit the fairways and hone his game. Having played little events between the intermitent rain and wind of the UK, Gareth has flown to sunnier climbs for a few weeks to seek out some time and weather to get his game in shape ready for the Challenge Tour.

Gareth is due to return to the UK in early May ahead of his participation in the Scottish PGA CHampionships and the Turkish Challenge on the Challenge Tour, and of course Champions of Golf will be right behind him.

Scott Henry, Scott Arnold and Jason prepare for the Challenge de Catalunya

A long lay off from the Challenge TOur may have seen many players twiddling their thumbs but this is not the case for Scott Henry, Scott Arnold and Jason Palmer, three of Champions of Golf's hottest prospects. All three of them have been preactising hard and this week can be found on their local links getting ready for the first event back; the Challenge de Catalunya.

Scott H is working hard at his attached club Mar Hall, after a disappointing result at his last event, the NH Collection where hs missed the cut. Scott Arnold, an Aussie who is not used to the terrible weather we have endured, and Jason Palmer who from Leicester is far more used to it, are both putting the final touches to their preparations before heading to Spain on Monday.

Champions of Golf want to wish everyone well in their relative competitions over this week and next and please do check back here for regular updates on the lads progress.

Sean in Argentina for PGA Tour LatinoAmerica

As the PGA Latino American tour reaches its fifth stage the 83 Abierto OSDE del Centro Presentado por FiberCorp, all the professionals have made their way to Argentina as they battle it out for the title. Amongst those in the field is Champions of Golf's Sean Jacklin, son of two time major winner Tony Jacklin CBE. Having started the season slowly by his standard, Sean currently finds himself in a tie for 87th position on the tours Order of Merit and will be keen to have a strong week in Argentina.

You can follow Sean's progress throughout the week through the tours scoring system online at http://www.pgatourla.com/leaderboard/m2014070/?lg=en#.U00WlvldXTo
