Champions of Golf on tour this week!

This week Champions of Golf will be represented around Europe and have their longest serving golfer in with a chance of major glory. 

Gary Wolstenholme joins an illustious field of Senior Tour golfers as he takes to the fairways of Royal Porthcawl in a bid to lift the European Senior Tour British Senior Open claret jug only a week after Rory McIlroy confirmed his domincance of the game by taking the sister trophy at Royal Liverpool. 

He begins his challenge on Thursday 24th July alongside Jose Rivero and Stephen Bennett teeing off at 08.30 before commencing round two the following day with the same players teeing off at 13.00. 

Also in action are Jason Palmer, Scott Hnery and Scott Arnold, playing in the Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge in France. After a week off having missed the Swiss Challenge Open all three players are keen to get back to action as ahead of them is the long run in to the climax of the season with some big events along the way including events in Azerbaijan, Switzerland and Khazakhstan.

Scott Arnold: Matteo Delpodio and Paul Dwyer 12.50 (11.50 UK time) 

Scott Henry: Pontus Widegren and Andrew McArthur 08.00 (07.00 UK time) 

Round Two:

Scott Arnold: Matteo Delpodio and Paul Dwyer 07.50 (06.50 UK time) 

Scott Henry: Pontus Widegren and Andrew McArthur 13.00 (12.00 UK time) 

Making up the field of Champions of Golf players taking part in events is Neil Fenwick, who after narrowly missing out on his maiden 2014 victory on the EuroPro having lost a playoff last week, competing at the Concra Wood Country Club in the Kingspan Concra Wood Open.
