Returning to the country of his latest European Tour success, Jason Palmer once again heads to China to take part in the European Tour's Shenzhen International after lifting the Foshan Open title in the same country only six months ago.
Whilst the two cities might be more than 142km apart, Jason will still head to China full of confidence ahead of this weeks event. Currently lying in 172nd position on the European Tour Order of Merit and with the top 110 at the end of the season gaining their playing rights for the following season Jason will be looking to climb the rankings this week. The Genzon Golf Club, host venue for this week, was only opened in 1994 and with its generous fairways and consistent but not overly penal rough the scoring should be good for the week so long as the seasonally storms and rain hold off.
Jason gets his first round underway on Thursday afternoon at 12.50 local time (05.50 UK time) alongside Guo-Wu Zhou and Yi-nong Yang (AM). He is paired with the same players for the second round on Friday teeing off at 07.50 (00.50 UK time).
