Champions of Golf furthered its strong working relationship with one of Leicestershire's most successful family businesses, Crouch Logistics Limited (CLL). We are pleased to announce that CLL have agreed to sponsor European Senior Tour professional and multiple event winner, Gary Wolstenholme MBE.
Trading since March 2005 supplying logistical services to the likes of UPS, Office Depot and Viking across the UK, the Narborough based business owned by father and son, Ken and Chris Crouch has been involved with golf for many years. Ken, a keen golfer, plays out of local club Kirby Muxloe where Gary spent many years as an amateur himself, reinforcing the Leicestershire connection.
Ken commented, 'We are delighted to be sponsorsing one of the greatest amateur golfers in the world and now one of the most prolific winners on the European Senior Tour. Gary is a great guy and someone I have personally admired for many years, his record on course is second to none and as a family business ourselves based in Leicestershire it makes perfect sense to align with Gary, managed by another family business based in Leicestershire, Champions UK plc, we are all very excited for the 2014 season and cant wait to see our logo on Gary's clothing.'
The sponsorship comes just as Gary begins the World Par 3 Championships in Bermuda and after an extension of his clothing deal with Galvin Green, the Crouch Logisitics logo will appear on all clothing for the 2014 season until March 2015.
