Only 7 days before the 2014 edition of the Nelson Mandela Championship presented by ISPS Handa, the new European Tour Yearbooks have arrived at the Champions of Golf offices and one page in particular brings back very happy memories.
After a turbulent week back in 2012 which included heavy rain, delays after delays and a shorted par 65 course, Champions of Golf's own Scott Jamieson reigned supreme in South Africa as he picked up the inaugural title bearing the name of the iconic South African politician Nelson Mandela.
Scott rightly features in a double page spread on the event in the yearbook which can now be purchased through the European Tour website at http://shop.europeantour.com/yearbooks/.
Scott will be one of the stars next week as the European Tour heads for Mount Edgecombe Golf Club in South Africa for the next installment of this championship where all the players and staff will be hoping for a significantly better week for weather.
