Stuart has begun his 2013 golf season in fine form finishing strongly in his first two tournaments in Conwy and at the Vale of Llangollen.
Competing on the 1836 Tour, designed to give golfing talent the opportunity to flourish, playing in events across the UK at some of the finest venues the British isles has to offer, Stuart has played some excellent golf. Conwy was Stuart's first event and in a change from the standard one round event, Stuart made the most of the 36 hole competition to hit a total of 30 green in regulation on his way to a tied 7th position. Whilst the putter wasnt red hot, Stuart was still delighted with his game, hitting the ball solidly off the tee particularly.
Stuart was obviously confident heading into this event as he finished 1st the previous week in the Vale of Llangollen, shooting a level par round and picking up a winners cheque.
Stuart is now 41st on the 1836 Tour Order of Merit. To find out more about the 1836 Tour please check out their website at: http://www.1836tour.com/
